SERVICES

For the pieces people read before they decide.

SEEN RIGHT™ works on professional, public-facing, and decision-sensitive communications where meaning has consequences.

We review how the piece currently presents, identify where the language may be weakening your intended meaning, and revise it so it reads accurately in context.

This is not copyediting.
This is not generic copywriting.
This is focused revision for communications that have to land right the first time

What We Work On

Some pieces are short. Others are extensive. Either way, being misunderstood can cost time, opportunity, money, and trust.
Below are the kinds of materials SEEN RIGHT™ works on.

High-Stakes Drafts

For communications you are hesitating to send because something feels off.

Sensitive emails
Important messages
Statements
Posts
Responses to clients or teams
Documents involving money, authority, reputation, or trust

Use when: the words need to be accurate before they leave your hands.

Website Pages

For the pages people use to understand what you do before they ever speak with you.

Home pages
About pages
Service pages
Offer pages
Contact or start-here pages
Short explanatory website sections

Use when: your site exists, but people still do not understand the work, the value, or the next step.

Profiles & Professional Identity

For profiles and bios that shape first impressions, authority, and credibility.

LinkedIn profiles
Professional bios
Leadership bios
Business profiles
Google Business Profile descriptions
Social platform bios

Use when: the profile is technically accurate, but does not reflect the weight, authority, or position you actually hold.

Career & Credibility Materials

For documents used in hiring, advancement, transition, or professional evaluation.

Resumes
CVs
Career narratives
Executive summaries
Cover letters
Professional positioning statements

Use when: your experience is present, but the reader is not seeing the through-line, seniority, judgment, or value.

Offers, Proposals & Service Descriptions

For materials that need to make the work clear enough for someone to understand, trust, and say yes.

Service descriptions
Sales proposals
Custom proposals
Offer explanations
Scope summaries
Positioning statements
Explanatory overviews

Use when: the offer is real, but the language makes it sound vague, generic, too small, too broad, or harder to trust than it should.

Client-Facing Communication

For communications that affect trust, timing, expectations, and decisions.

Client emails
Announcement emails
Clarification emails
Boundary-setting messages
Short email sequences
Public-facing updates

Use when: the message matters, but the current draft risks confusion, over-explaining, softening, or unnecessary friction.

Client Process Materials

For materials that shape how people enter, understand, and move through your process.

Welcome sheets
FAQs
Client questionnaires
Client onboarding materials
Project question sheets
Completion or closure notes

Use when: the client experience depends on people understanding what is happening, what is expected, and what comes next.

How Services Are Scoped

Each project is scoped around a defined communication piece.

That piece may be short or extensive: a single page, a multi-page document, a profile, a proposal, a website section, a short email series, or another communication where the wording has to hold.

The work begins with the piece itself: what it currently says, how it presents, who it is meant to reach, and where it may be creating the wrong impression.

From there, we define the scope of the work before revision begins.

What Every Project Includes

Every SEEN RIGHT™ project includes:

A review of the material you submit.

Identification of where the language may be working against your intended meaning.

Revision, reshaping, or reconstruction within the agreed scope.

One focused revision pass for factual accuracy, intended meaning, or necessary correction.

A finished piece, ready for use.

What This Is Not

SEEN RIGHT™ is not a polishing service.

We are not here to dress up language that is not doing its job.

We work at the point of impact — where language affects interpretation.

That may include structure, phrasing, sequence, emphasis, omission, strength, or restraint.

The goal is not to make the writing louder. The goal is to make it read accurately, without making it sound like someone else wrote it.

Note sure where your project belongs?

That is common.

Many clients arrive with a draft, page, profile, proposal, or message that feels almost right but keeps producing the wrong response.

If someone will read it and form a judgment, it is worth bringing to SEEN RIGHT™.
