HOW IT WORKS
High-stakes writing does not need endless drafting.
It needs to be read correctly.
SEEN RIGHT™ is a defined process for written communication that is being misread, misjudged, softened, overlooked, or quietly working against you.
You bring the material.
We examine what it is causing people to conclude.
Then we correct the language so it says what it needs to say, without unnecessary performance.
This is not an open-ended writing relationship.
It is not a coaching process.
It is not a draft cycle.
It is a focused intervention on writing that needs to land right.
The process
1. You send the piece and the context.
We begin with the writing itself.
That may be a website page, bio, resume, proposal, email, profile, client questionnaire, welcome sheet, FAQ, or another piece people use to decide something about you.
You’ll also answer a short readiness check so we can understand what the piece is meant to do, where it is not working, and what outcome needs to change.
If the writing does not affect a real judgment, decision, opportunity, response, or next step, it may not need SEEN RIGHT™
.
2. We determine whether the work is a fit.
Not every piece needs this level of attention.
We look for writing where clarity has consequences: where the wrong wording can weaken trust, create hesitation, invite the wrong assumptions, or make the reader miss what matters.
If the project is a fit, we define the scope before work begins.
No vague deliverables.
No unlimited revision loop.
No expanding target after the work starts.
The work is bounded so the correction can stay precise.
3. You provide the material we need.
Before we revise anything, we need enough information to understand what the writing is supposed to carry.
Depending on the project, this may include:
Your current draft or page
The Writing Discovery™
Project-specific context
We ask for writing samples so we can preserve your voice, your identity, and the way you naturally express yourself.
Relevant boundaries or non-negotiables
The goal is not to make you perform clarity before we begin.
The goal is to give us enough signal to see where the writing is accurate, where it weakens, and where it is being read in a way you did not intend
4. We read for consequence.
We do not start by making the writing sound better.
We start by asking what the writing is doing.
Where does it create hesitation?
Where does it soften what should be clear?
Where does it sound generic?
Where does it imply something you did not mean?
Where does it fail to show the reader what they need to understand?
This review tells us what has to change.
When needed, you receive a written assessment identifying how the current material reads and where correction is required
5. We revise, reshape, or build the piece.
Once the direction is clear, we correct the language.
Some pieces need tightening.
Some need restructuring.
Some need to be rebuilt from the ground up.
The standard is not “better writing.”
The standard is precision, not polish.
The finished piece should say what it needs to say without inflation, imitation, over-explaining, or generic smoothing.
Nothing is added because it sounds good.
Nothing is removed because it feels too direct.
Nothing is softened unless softness serves the intended meaning
6. You review the final deliverable.
The finished piece is prepared to be used upon delivery.
Your review is not the beginning of a drafting cycle. It is a focused check that the finished piece reflects the agreed intent, facts, and scope.
If something does not reflect the intended message, we address it.
If something factual was missed or misstated, we correct it.
If a specific piece of language is creating an unintended effect, we revise it.
Preference-based rewrites, new ideas, expanded scope, or exploratory changes are separate work
7. The project closes cleanly.
SEEN RIGHT™ is designed to end.
When the writing reflects the agreed intent and scope, the engagement is complete.
You leave with a finished piece that says what it came here to say and gives the reader fewer places to go wrong.
No dependency.
No open loop.
No endless polishing.
Just your writing, corrected.
If the writing is already working, leave it alone.
If it is costing you money, trust, time, opportunity, bring it in.
